In “Truth In Television” a story examining the para-social relationship the American Dream has with our need for our 15 minutes of fame, we learn Monsters aren’t just inherited; they’re also self-made.
“A Certain Kind of Giggle”
A story about discomfort, xenophobia, and weaponized humor showing how violence can be subtle, disguised, or even socially sanctioned. Laughter can sound different depending on who is laughing….or for how long they laugh.“Teacher’s Pet”
An homage to goosebump causing stories of the 90s, a high school horror story about friendship, trust and that one substitute teacher that all the rumors were about. Not all lessons are worth learning.
“All My Precious Possessions”
In a story of domestic terror we learn that the trauma doesn’t end when the fighting does, we see how one man’s malice can infect an entire family.
“Prey”
Who is the hunter? Who is the prey? Did you see what your eyes told you they did, or was it something else completely? A dark disturbing story about obsession and revenge, “Prey” will remain with you long after the last page.
“Sacked”
A Splatterpunk take on union politics……or maybe a silly homage to 80s slasher boom…we are not entirely sure. It maybe a commentary on the psychological effects of innate replaceability or an excuse to do a bunch of fun kills.
“Hollowed”
A Sci-Fi Horror turned body horror take on modern America. In a story about the loss of humanity and the way we empty our selves out for our beliefs, we enter a world were an unseen threat has splintered the world even further, now can humanity pull it together for one last stand?
“The Legacies of Salem-Beginnings”
