I’m a writer, I love telling stories. But more than that I love helping others tell theirs. I am never going to write something that changes the world, but I would love to help the person that might.
Here I get a chance to give feedback to aspiring writers, along with another pro we listen to section of your story and give you feedback.
Saturday Oct 17 10:00-11:00AM (GEEK: Fantasy)- The Magic of Multimedia
Here we will discuss using multiple media streams in storytelling. Should be plenty of great conversation and ideas discussed.
Saturday Oct 17 5:30-6:30PM (Play Track)- The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary
I have been a Zelda fan since the NES. I completed the game at least once for 30 years straight. I’m not a huge fan of the more recent games… This should be fun.
Saturday Oct 17 8:30-9:30PM (GEEK: Horror)- Monster Mash
Getting to be part of Monster Mash this year is my most anticipated thing. I love arguing about fights between characters that can not happen and after watching this last year I’m excited. If you only do one after hours event at Multiverse I’d suggest this (or Bed Time Stories, that is a blast.)
Sunday Oct 18 10:00-11:00AM (Meet)- Mutant MEETup: X-Men
I’ve read X-Men since early 90s and while I have hot and cold runs on the books I would still consider them my fave comic team (Suicide Squad by John Ostrander close though). Can not wait to hear and discuss others opinions on the team and it’s many incarnations.
